I've gone to a different package but I'm being charged for both simm numbers how do I cancel an old number that I thought was cancelled and I have no way of accessing its account

@KeithFr_2347839 You should be able to access an account for each number - either as Group Manager or else as two separate accounts, whichever you chose at the outset.
You then untick the auto renew in the account dashboard for the relevant sim.

@KeithFr_2347839 If you have forgotten/lost the account details, then you will need to web chat with Smarty Support Team and I'm sure that they will be able to take you through security details to find the account. Have you forgotten the email you used as well as password?
