@Deborah_3136175 Have you got your APN setting set to mob.asm.net? Have you tried manually selecting a network there rather than letting your phone select one automatically?
And just in case you are trying to receive calls through an app like WhatsApp rather than normal phone calls, do you have data roaming switched on on your phone?

Hi - I have the same problem. I have changed the mobile data settings and mms to mob.asm.net, tried manually selecting the network turning the phone off an on again too. Just get a message that the person dialled canโt accept my call, when ring it from another phone.
