My favourite Easter eggs are the decorated eggs that my daughter makes for me.
A close second favourite is any chocolate Easter egg that I am given for free! Easter was a lot different as a child when one didn't need to look at the price of chocolate!

When I was a kid growing up in the 1960’s, my parents always bought me a Cadburys Milk Tray Easter egg. It was stunning. I especially liked the lime barrel chocolate which you found inside the egg. In those days Milk Tray was something special.

One year in the 1970s I received a buttons egg with 2, yes 2 bags of buttons in it. How eggcited was I! Each year I was hoped to re-live the eggsperience, however palm oil has replaced some of the milk in a lot of chocolate. I now prefer Tony's Chocolony as it is eggstraordinarily tasty and virtuous.
