My best bargain of the year was my Smarty contract, a deal brokered by Martin Lewi ( national treasure)

- What is your number one tip for getting a bargain? You can normally get what you’re after else where! Do your research!and always check trust pilot reviews /google reviews etc
Top bargain tips - research and patience
Best bargain ever? A Fortnum & Mason wine decanter/preserver, bought from a charity shop for 20p, with a rrp on the website of £130!

I got a great deal on an outdoor Christmas decoration - a 6" long inflatable dachshund 🌭 - it was half-price and I got free postage and 7% Quidco credit with it too!
Also, number one tip for getting a bargain is to always see if Quidco (or similar) offer some extra discount, it soon adds up!

What was the best bargain you've ever found?
One of the more memorable was essentially being paid to get 4 premade cocktail cans from a shop. There is an app called "Greenjinn" that gives ypu cashback on purchases. This particular offer was "get one of each flavour for £3.25 and get cashback". The shop in question happened to be doing a deal of "2 for £6" so we gained a pound. Not a massive saving but it all adds up. Lovely.

- A: i collect and resell plushys and i found two for £70 that are worth £150 each

- A: Local shop did a multipack of my favourite energy drink for £3 instead of the usual £5.85, I bought every box they had

- A: charity shopping! I always find designer brands for the price of dirt in them.
