Voicemail Notifications
Hi everybody I've just signed up to Smarty and as usual there are a few tweaks one needs to do to get everything running as you'd like. I'm getting there but I'm having a problem with the Voicemail...
StephHo_3340420 This is an unusual problem because not all of us with iPhones are getting this issue.
Is iOS updated?
yes.. Apple have remotely looked at my phone.. if I move sim to a different phone the badge goes off my phone and moves with the sim.. I have requested a new sim from Smarty as they have turned my mailbox off and on again but still not fixed. They are unable to help any further.
