GeorgeS_2340013 We are not Smarty staff - we cannot access your account and so know nothing about your sim. The fact that you have not activated it doesn't automatically mean that you did not receive it.
Have you asked Amazon why they couldn't deliver it?

Amazon said they returned my SIM to smarty as they couldn't deliver it

JillMcI_2149564 Why not contact Smarty Support vi web chat for them to investigate.
May be down to good old Royal Mail of course.
