Really hopeless online chat support
Why is the chat support so slow. I have had to wait up to 7or 8 minutes for a response and then they ask for information already provided some messages ago. It is appalling. Is there no way of getting anything resolved quicker?

I suspect that it is slow as more people join the network and therefore there are more problems. Although, to be fair, some people don’t do some basic research on the help pages but prefer to go straight to web chat. I have been a member for a while and webchat was very responsive in the old days on the rare occasions when I needed help.
Over 30 minutes to deal with a simple issue. And still waiting.

Web chat service is like a lottery - you don't hit the jackpot very often.
In my experience, the agents usually don't read the questions, or fully understand them, and often just repeat the same thing back to you again and again.
