Problems with no Internet for over the past 7 hours
I have been having a problem with my Internet connection all evening and still not working properly what is going on I recently switched networks to join smarty based on smarty saying I would have 99.5% coverage and fast and reliable data coverage so not happy

teresat_3199914 Before sounding off, have you done a Network Status check to see if there is a local mast problem.
While Smarty tells you that there is generally good coverage with fast and reliable data, it never guarantees that you can get a good signal all of the time in every place.
You may join any network and experience a loss of service for a while - this means that you can never be 100% happy unfortunately. This is part of the reason why they point out that mobile data is no replacement for broadband.
