No network coverage
Why does it show we have excellent network coverage in our area when there is none at all. Smarty have told me there is an issue but with absolutely no date for a fix. The status checker confirms there’s a fault but they are false advertising by saying there is coverage when there hasn’t been any for nearly a month. Three website also says there is a fault. Ive had a bizarre email from smarty saying something has been decommissioned, I’m not sure if this in in relation to the coverage or to do with the fact that my husband can no longer get wifi calling, even though the smarty website ays his phone is compatible.

RuthChe_3369837 The Network Coverage checker is a general tool and does not cover exact locations within the area. You do not say what phone he is using and so this could also be an issue - generally if they ay it is compatible with Smarty VoLTE, then it should be.
If you raise a Complaint, then they may tell you what's causing the outage. Don't forget that Smarty rely on Three to sort the network and so are not in direct control
