no calls or voicemail
OK since 11th separate Ive lost calls going out or in and voice mail Ive got taxes and Internet im on 4g and phone is volte i cant call from house but if i go to Glasgow city centre half a mile away i can make calls thanks for any help

JohnWat_1901790 If you can make calls when away from home, it sounds like a problem with your local mast.
I suggest a Network Status check to see if there is a known problem. If that shows nothing, have a web chat with Smarty Support who can look in more depth for any issues.
