Disabling monthly plan reminders

SimonVau_334912  They won't be pointless if your payment should ever fail for some reason! I'm always happy to know that my plan and others in my group have renewed and I would think this applies to many customers.

Have you tried turning of sms and email as methods of contact within your Dashboard>Account Settings>Contact Preferences ? I'm not sure this will stop that type of sms, but worth a try if it irritates that much.

If I was short of £6 then I'd have bigger things to worry about 🙄

I've already disabled that, but that's just for marketing spam.

It's just more pointless spam in a world where it just increases and you can never seem to stop it!
