Just so you know, Smarty DO NOT have a customer hotline/phone number. There are only two ways to contact them.
The best point of contact is through Webchat, otherwise it's a case of sending an email.
You can get these details through the help articles created by Smarty.

Have you tried a Network Status check for your area? Have you checked your Account Dashboard to make sure that you still have data available?
Just bought a SIM then payed by card now I have to wait for another SIM why can't I activate this one
You may have accidentally purchased a new SIM rather than activating I recommend talking to our customer care team, they can check this https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm.
