Can’t send sms text
Some sms I send are not being sent. Then I get text message from Smarty saying unable to connect you to this service. what service? I’m just trying to send a message to a mobile phone starting 07

This has been happening ever since I swapped to you.
RobinCa_2289654 When you say "you", I am a volunteer forum member just like you and don't work for Smarty.
Have you tried sending the text without the +44? If it still fails, perhaps remove the contact from your phone list and then reinstall afresh as a 07 number and try again.
If that also fails, worth a web chat with Smarty support.
