I have very accurate measurement software on my phone and always monitor how much data I use but this time I haven't used much and smarty are telling me I have used nearly all of it I only got the 8 gig pack and have used just over a gig but they are saying that I have just over a gig left That is entirely nonsense and is theft and breach of contract I would like my money back or the data back that I'vee paid for3.1KViews0likes4CommentsClosing account problem
Hi there don't know why smarty has told me that they're closing my account as I haven't logged in for a while when they have automatically took the payment for the service consistently Furthermore I am using my number, internet regularly and am shocked that they would not know that people do rely on the services they offer I don't know how to stop this and I need my phone number too can anyone help?1.3KViews0likes1Comment
