No service notification
Hi, since I have had my new phone, when I am out of range of a signal I get a "No Service" notification. That in itself is not too bad but it then sends another every 20 seconds or so until I am back in range. I thought it was a phone setting but I cannot see anything and Samsung help say it is a mobile service provider notification. I cannot see it being a smarty setting myself but could it be?. Can anyone explain why when I am in a Cafe or somewhere without Wifi, my friends can all access the Internet while my phone just says no Internet and does not connect to anything?, shows 4G then H+ at times. Some are with Smarty others are not, could it be a phone setting? Phone is Samsung 10e. Our phones are literally next to each other and show a 4G signal. My Internet settings match the smarty settings. Apologies if I`m missing the obvious but I`m not clued up on these things. Thanks.3KViews0likes1Comment
