Does Apple Pay auto-renew?
Hello, I signed up to SMARTY today (longtime looker, first time jumper) and used Apple Pay to purchase my plan (30GB for £10 with extra 30GB for 12 months). When I look at my account online or in the app it says that I don't have a payment method set up, but looking on the SMARTY website, and these forums, it suggests that Apple Pay is a valid auto-renew payment method. Please can someone confirm whether or not it is, and if not does that mean I need to go into my account before my month is up and enter a credit/debit card in order to not lose service? Hello. First thing I'd try is turn off iMessage and FaceTime, reboot the iPhone and turn them back on. If that doesn't work then Reset Network Settings (Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset, Reset Network Settings), this will clear your known wireless networks (annoying) but did fix my number porting issues. Check that when you dial *#61# the response you get on your screen says "Forwards to +447782333123" and the number didn't accidentally get mis-typed when you set the timer. You'll need to speak to the SMARTY Support Team. They're available from 8am to 8pm seven days a week.
