The question hasn't been answered. I have the same problem. I have been a Smarty customer for years, and today need to call an 0800 number, but as soon as I dial, the call goes dead. Why is this happening? I have started a chat, but now am waiting for a customer care agent to help me. The Smarty blog says that all 0800 numbers are included in the plan. Clearly this is not the case. I'd like this fixed, so I can make my call, but I'd also like an explanation shared with the community that explains why this has happened. What's gone wrong?
