Same too. Lot's of family members experiencing this after accepting a 'free' data upgrade. Disappointing. They need to go back and review everyone's account if they upgraded and it's not been processed. Spoke to CS and they failed to provide any reason why this is happening.1.9KViews0likes3Comments
