A month since signing up I still don’t have a SIM
I’m very unhappy. First SIM had not arrived after 11 working days so I ordered a replacement. It was dispatched in the 14th October. It’s now the 2nd November. No SIM. I cannot order another SIM on the system and I’m told to wait for the 2nd to arrive!!!!! What if it never does! I have also been charged for a months service when I have been unable to use the service. Very unhappy. Royal Mail is probably the problem but no help from SMARTY749Views0likes2Comments
